We price a wardrobe by its projected area — the flat face of the finished wardrobe, measured width by height. Not by how many doors it has, not by how many shelves you ask for, not by the number of drawers inside.
That matters because it is the part you can check yourself. You can measure your own wall and work out the area before we send anything. Two quotations that look similar often differ because one counts parts and the other counts area.

That 6.24m² is the figure your quotation is built on. The seven essentials above are already inside it — shelves, doors, BLUM hinges, handle-less fronts, Reggar drawers, hanging rods and additional shelving.
Most homeowners compare us against a local carpenter working on site. The carpentry itself can be perfectly good. What usually differs is what the number on the quotation actually covers.
The difference is what sits inside the number. Our wardrobes are produced on factory panel saws and edge banders, then installed here by our own Singapore team. That is why hinges, drawers and rods can sit inside one price instead of being counted piece by piece.
A wardrobe puts more board into one enclosed room than any other piece of carpentry in a home. Board grade, edge sealing and hinge quality are what decide whether it still closes properly in year five.
We build on F4 and ENF grade board, finish the edges with laser edge banding instead of hot-melt glue, and fit BLUM hinges as standard. Those three are the difference you feel years later, not on handover day.

No. BLUM hinges and the Reggar drawer system are standard inside the wardrobe price. Special hinge types are the only exception. Wardrobe lighting, mirror and glass door panels and optional add-on modules are quoted separately and shown as separate lines.
We focus on higher eco-standard board options such as F4 and ENF grade materials, depending on the selected finish, project requirements and design direction. Board edges are laser edge banded, which removes the visible glue line left by hot-melt edging.
